1. Lead & Develop the Marketing Team

  • Build, train, and mentor the marketing team to execute high-impact digital strategies.
  • Drive a data-centric approach, ensuring every marketing activity contributes directly to business goals.
  • Set clear KPIs, measure performance, and ensure the team consistently achieves lead generation and conversion targets.

2. Drive Customer Growth Through Digital Marketing

  • Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other B2B platforms to attract potential customers.
  • Utilize SEO & Content Marketing to increase organic traffic and enhance brand authority.
  • Implement Email Marketing & Marketing Automation to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize website UX/UI to improve conversion rates (CRO) from visitors to leads.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, CRM, and tracking tools to analyze data and continuously refine marketing efforts.

3. Strengthen Brand Presence Through Digital PR & Media

  • Develop a digital PR strategy, leveraging thought leadership content, press releases, and industry insights to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with digital media, industry blogs, and online news platforms to boost SG Sagawa Vietnam’s visibility in the logistics sector.
  • Manage brand reputation across social media platforms and industry forums, ensuring timely engagement with customers and partners.

4. Optimize Data & Lead Conversion

  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing spend to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze customer data to personalize marketing campaigns and optimize the customer journey.
  • Implement AI, chatbots, and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates.

5. Collaborate Closely With the Telesales Team

  • Work closely with the telesales team to ensure high-quality lead generation and support revenue growth.
  • Develop lead tracking and qualification processes, ensuring a smooth handover from marketing to sales.
  • Create lead nurturing strategies to improve retention and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)

 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College / University graduate in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Data Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and optimizing ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Remuneration

  • Salary will commensurate based on experience
