We are seeking a results-oriented Project Sales Manager to drive sales growth by securing project-based business within the [Specify Target Market/Region].   • Identify and qualify new project sales opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., technical, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in project-based sales.
  • Experience selling into the Display industry or similar technology sectors 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
