Participate in outsourcing projects for clients in the Japanese market.
Act as a Bridge System Engineer between Japanese clients, global stakeholders, and the offshore development team in Vietnam.
Provide consultation to clients and project guidance for internal teams.
Work directly with Japanese and global clients: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and effectively relay them to the project team in Vietnam.
Take responsibility for project planning, procedure tracking, and team management to ensure smooth execution.
The current project domain is insurance, involving collaboration with several multinational teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst (BA), Bridge System Engineer (BrSE), or Project Manager (PM).
Strong skills in analysis, planning, teamwork, task organization, time management, and communication.
Proficient in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2); able to communicate with clients in English.
Demonstrates creativity, logical thinking, and critical reasoning.
Possesses a positive and innovative mindset, with a continuous drive to explore new ideas and approaches to improve existing processes.
